I think about this a lot — what does the next chapter of a business my grandfather started, and my father grew, actually look like under me?
I don't want ATC to just be bigger. I want it to still feel the way it did when my father describes his father working — personal, dependable, the kind of business where a retailer's problem becomes our problem to solve, not just an order number.
At the same time, I want us to be the obvious choice for any brand serious about Punjab — someone who walks in knowing their product is ready, and trusts us to do what we do best: open doors, move fast, and never let a relationship slip because we got too big to care.
Three generations got us to 500+ wholesalers and 1000+ counters. I don't know exactly what the next ten years will bring — new categories, new towns, maybe new ways of working. But I know the foundation won't change. Whatever ATC becomes, it'll still be built the way my grandfather built it: one honest relationship at a time.
